<div style="text-align: left;">
Mornings can be extremely hectic at times. For the majority of us being able to eat prepared food in the morning is a luxury. Far too often people end up spending their hard earned cash on expensive and unhealthy cafeterias, and fast food restaurants. It can be a harsh realization on the day you go through your expenses and realize the majority of your money is going towards eating out. It was that type of thinking that initiated the thought of wanting to make breakfast foods that didn't take too long to get done. Most of the time I started preparing my foods for the week or the night before so that they will be easily accessible when needed. In the long run, this saves me time, energy and most of all <b>money</b> ! Today I'm going to show you how I prepare <b>English Egg Cheese Muffins</b>. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Here's a list of all the ingredients I use </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>9 Thomas Original English Muffin ( the packs I purchase come in 9's) </b></li>
<li><b>3 Reduced Fat Colby- Jack Cheese Sticks </b></li>
<li><b>18 carton Eggs </b></li>
<li><b>Olive Oil </b></li>
</ul>

<div style="text-align: left;">
Here's a list of hardware that you can use to prepare the food </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>Muffin tin </b></li>

This recipe is so easy I actually felt guilty for not having to put in more effort . I usually use <b>9 eggs </b>since the <b>Thomas Original English Muffins</b> I purchase come with 9 muffins. To start preheat your oven to <b>350 degrees</b> . Take your muffin tin and coat <b>9 muffin holes</b> with <b>olive oil</b> . <div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrEqpa3QI_uGczjWnCbi13Ofa9Fa9PbAZWki9r3EBJvLv5xA6DCK7W0rXQ2F7y87DqaDrufTpecJSKzc_j0Ea6bcl-g4AEKoQ3QX6fB8qk3AVBGouSV3mjNoNn5VUX4XTdDZvhRscXHxpj/s640/blogger-image--948115288.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrEqpa3QI_uGczjWnCbi13Ofa9Fa9PbAZWki9r3EBJvLv5xA6DCK7W0rXQ2F7y87DqaDrufTpecJSKzc_j0Ea6bcl-g4AEKoQ3QX6fB8qk3AVBGouSV3mjNoNn5VUX4XTdDZvhRscXHxpj/s640/blogger-image--948115288.jpg"></a></div>Once you've coated the inner 9 holes you can break 1 egg per muffin hole and then season the egg any way you'd like by <b>sprinkling a little seasoning</b> on top . <div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMenTH83l1ZGED9zsYTaTCOMOg-9-uj7iTdzueKCSw554eB1WVQmg7NHM70fphELQYtdszVI725VVgHzafvNVQ2qjpUYu_0uRakG2jaJZgCxJIsklo6OJ3BgC9jMO6aur-dzBxCpyrwiZb/s640/blogger-image-1867546433.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMenTH83l1ZGED9zsYTaTCOMOg-9-uj7iTdzueKCSw554eB1WVQmg7NHM70fphELQYtdszVI725VVgHzafvNVQ2qjpUYu_0uRakG2jaJZgCxJIsklo6OJ3BgC9jMO6aur-dzBxCpyrwiZb/s640/blogger-image-1867546433.jpg"></a></div>Once the oven has completely preheated you can then add add the muffin tin and cook for around<b> 6-7 minutes</b>. <div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgtS3yGsJDYynMMaRFx3e43kH_0VlJMiMRUE17mw5fwY2wewC70e_W_J2CBuzeDXarL0N1kqQhsnCauAqqQhNpC0s-_GSxzXO5m8eqacs7zCKY_L5OtxHvAIXvxE1EB7MCdWWXyGvqQ-XkX/s640/blogger-image--274187470.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgtS3yGsJDYynMMaRFx3e43kH_0VlJMiMRUE17mw5fwY2wewC70e_W_J2CBuzeDXarL0N1kqQhsnCauAqqQhNpC0s-_GSxzXO5m8eqacs7zCKY_L5OtxHvAIXvxE1EB7MCdWWXyGvqQ-XkX/s640/blogger-image--274187470.jpg"></a></div><br></div>In the meantime take 9 of the Thomas English muffin and slice them in half with a <b>serrated bread knife</b>.Once the eggs are done cooking for 6-7 mins they should be about halfway set. <div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiRhN6cVcKSc8lLuWCchGaSscKwGD_GR76S2FM1XulcoGToYVmnKsTKOas70ZpqNG7ZC6BYhpXy5R_g0BNYUQRVDpi4YvvWCZHtssf20LKostUKljjKuLWhn1HH_TbLeNEdMgE9v-WT3AH_/s640/blogger-image-1330765995.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiRhN6cVcKSc8lLuWCchGaSscKwGD_GR76S2FM1XulcoGToYVmnKsTKOas70ZpqNG7ZC6BYhpXy5R_g0BNYUQRVDpi4YvvWCZHtssf20LKostUKljjKuLWhn1HH_TbLeNEdMgE9v-WT3AH_/s640/blogger-image-1330765995.jpg"></a></div>Now would be a perfect time to add cheese so that it doesn't over cook . You can take 1 reduced <b>fat colby cheese stick</b> and break it into thirds. Place 1/3 of the reduced fat colby cheese stick per egg in the muffin tin . <div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRH880MP4gPAlkyfp572Q4cPORg0GAyqL6CWl62C9r1H5-RIAx5c_RClFzaAr_8FVo_TCDn3y2UX4PT40DH7kaawKJRIEc7m5Xx1h7DM7BEaJWA0Fi1C37Aqp9KOAoRCRUvf4Y3PxKbP0o/s640/blogger-image-1565054322.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRH880MP4gPAlkyfp572Q4cPORg0GAyqL6CWl62C9r1H5-RIAx5c_RClFzaAr_8FVo_TCDn3y2UX4PT40DH7kaawKJRIEc7m5Xx1h7DM7BEaJWA0Fi1C37Aqp9KOAoRCRUvf4Y3PxKbP0o/s640/blogger-image-1565054322.jpg"></a></div>Put them back in the oven for <b>6-7</b> more minutes and by the time they are done, your cheese and egg shall be perfectly melted and set . The egg will be creamy like a true sunny side up.<div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOEFa_pKevZLccrDe8SWogLMGkgWY_0MXg9RRypBUToeK1yQp-medq-cUBN9HX8CKZyAzb9gV-mUu3fQmaJB3JyhYkuCKq-gZ7-jSTs6BdwwCZqTzokfF5Dm624xDBgmrX2A07IXvierUd/s640/blogger-image--1072346897.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjOEFa_pKevZLccrDe8SWogLMGkgWY_0MXg9RRypBUToeK1yQp-medq-cUBN9HX8CKZyAzb9gV-mUu3fQmaJB3JyhYkuCKq-gZ7-jSTs6BdwwCZqTzokfF5Dm624xDBgmrX2A07IXvierUd/s640/blogger-image--1072346897.jpg"></a></div> If you prefer a more done egg add a few additional minutes . You can then take a spatula and pop the egg out of the muffin tin and place it on 1 English muffin . Once you've placed all of the eggs on muffins you will have 9 completed muffins for your workweek and little left for the weekend. </div>

For me, the decision to not eat meat, after consuming it for the majority of my life wasn't a difficult one, especially once I thought about the implications and the risks. Recent developments with the FDA ruling that genetically modified Salmon could now be released for public consumption in the US, just didn't quite sit right with me. For the record, these new genetically modified salmon eat far less than the ancestors they were derived from and also grow nearly twice as fast. I don't know about you, but something about an organism eating less and somehow growing faster, just doesn't sound right.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhRX2h0EiXTEC1t-dZApmJSA4Bkv92xYqk40T6WZRjjGCsKh_yOOPtla52Jjx0jw7BTHfQK83l9W7F8VFr219xChCCSU9NWIEuzTkdcQMZFhdL9JBpxok0iUcKbPwaJ7DhL1eQpYQsaELaz/s1600/hres-aquadvantage-salmon-vs-non-transgenic-sibling-aquabounty-technologies_custom-dab83824d097156693ec3233cb0c7d0469badecd-s900-c85.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="160" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhRX2h0EiXTEC1t-dZApmJSA4Bkv92xYqk40T6WZRjjGCsKh_yOOPtla52Jjx0jw7BTHfQK83l9W7F8VFr219xChCCSU9NWIEuzTkdcQMZFhdL9JBpxok0iUcKbPwaJ7DhL1eQpYQsaELaz/s320/hres-aquadvantage-salmon-vs-non-transgenic-sibling-aquabounty-technologies_custom-dab83824d097156693ec3233cb0c7d0469badecd-s900-c85.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The two salmon you see pictured above are both 18 months old. As you can see the genetically modified salmon is significantly larger than the non genetically modified salmon. The GM salmon is 24 inches in length and 6.6lbs in weight, whereas the farm salmon is 13 inches and 2.8lbs. Wait, before you start to do the greedy dance and envision what a fish that grows more than twice it's normal size could do to you if you eat it?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I know the food companies are raving about this new fish because they can charge a higher price point declaring that this is a premium fish, but it is really, and at what cost to the human body ?</div>
I'd like to think of organisms on a simple scale, especially when it comes to what I allow to enter my body. I equate the principle of this particular salmon to weight loss. "When you eat less, you weigh less". The fact that a fish could actually eat less and grow faster seems so contradictory in so many different ways . It goes against basic principles that insure that nature flourishes. I would challenge you to think outside of the box and not necessarily accept everything that you're told. I feel that consuming such a fish could in fact be detrimental to your health . It's troublesome to me on this new frontier of life that many other countries have taken the stance of not allowing genetically modified foods to be so readily available for general consumption. In many cases genetically modified foods are REQUIRED to be labeled in such a way that the consumer wouldn't be manipulated to think that the foods they're consuming are non genetically modified organisms. I think the worst aspect of genetically modified organisms is the pretense that GMO's are being created to make better crops.<br />
In this scenario, I most definitely think one will have to read between the lines. In many cases crops are being manipulated so that they can withstand having more pesticides on them without killing them. I feel if a plant in it's natural state can't withstand additional pesticides, it's probably because you shouldn't be putting additional pesticides on them . I can only imagine what these pesticides that are now being dumped on crops could actually be doing to us internally when we consume them. I cannot help but to think that adding that much pesticide to a plant while it's growing would ensure that there would be residual amounts of pesticide inside the actual plant even after you properly clean it. In a greedy world where higher crop outputs are king, this technicality could easily be overlooked. Many corporations only care about the bottom line, and more often that bottom line doesn't equate to your health, but more means but which big corporations can line their pockets. There are so many studies that directly link pesticides and other harmful chemicals directly to cancer.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
This is my challenge to you, to take the initiative on what your consuming and find out more information. This is about well being and self preservation, the only person who can be 100% responsible for that is you. Till next time. </div>
